30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please retain the original packaging if possible.

Wrong size?
We offer free size exchanges. Simply email ceo@purevibesco.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

How to exchange or return
Email us at ceo@purevibesco.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-exchangeable/Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for items that have been washed or used repeatedly.

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.

If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos; we will resolve the issue for you at no cost.
